He
studied
percussion
at
the
Conservatoire
de
Cuba.
In
Europe
he
participated
in
several
jazz�festivals.
In
Switzerland
he
played
at
the
Festival
de
Montreux,
at
the
Festival
de
Nions
and
at
the
Festival
Caliente
in
Zurich.
He
played
in
various
salsa
and
latin
jazz
groups
(
e.g.
Alto
Voltage,
Son
Alarde,
Limon
y
Menta,
etc.)
